Customer Appreciation Day 03/16/2012

TGIF!! And I have a Spanish post for Tracy's Spanish Friday. http://latinaish.com/ The English version is below.

Slow Saturday afternoon and I'm alone minding the store. I run to the bathroom which is all the way in the back of the house, and of course, the minute I close the door I hear a knock out front. I rush, but the knocking is getting louder and faster. I yell out "Ya voy!" as I'm washing my hands, hoping to calm them down, but the loud knocking persists.

Me: "Hello"
Him: "Sell me two dollars of time for my phone."
Me: "I don't sell phone time. Or phone cards."
Him: "What kind of store doesn't sell time for the phone."
Me: "Open your eyes" and I point to the house next door.
If he had turned his head to the left he would have seen the what is shown in the picture above.
He could have at least apologized for interrupting my potty break before leaving.

LOL - I hate when I'm awaiting a delivery here at home and they don't show up until I'm in the bathroom. It must be crazy to have to hurry in the bathroom every day while running the store.

Don't you hate it when that happens? Whenever I'm alone in the shop, I'll close the door for like 2 to 3 minutes so I can take a potty break. And the moment I pull down my pants, someone ALWAYS knocks on the shop door. :P

Couldn't you put up a "back in 5 minutes sign" or would they knock anyway?
